CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER / HOSPITAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS DIRECTOR POSITIONS

CURRENT OPENINGS

Director of Information Systems

InfoPartners is recruiting an IS management professional for permanent placement within our IS Management Partnership service. Candidates for the position should have hospital systems and management experience, including clinical and financial systems and network administration. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, plus demonstrated ability to manage large, complex systems implementation projects will be important. Experience with McKesson Paragon applications is a plus. A bachelor's degree and applicable healthcare IS/IT experience are required.

The hospital serves a multi-county area in southern Georgia, near both coastlines. Rich in history, this charming area offers a slower pace of life, yet is in close proximity to metropolitan areas and the beaches. The hospital provides broad medical and surgical specialties, and received the Georgia Hospital Association's "Presidential Honor Roll" designation in 2009 for far exceeding state averages in Joint Commission's "Core Measures" quality indicators program. The hospital utilizes McKesson's Paragon systems as its primary vendor platform and there is a strong management commitment to IT.

CONSULTANT POSITIONS

InfoPartners occasionally recruits Senior-level Consultant positions for its growing healthcare information systems (HIS) consulting and management firm. InfoPartners averages 20 years of HIS experience per consultant. You will find our InfoPartners consulting team to be very knowledgeable in both systems and workflow/operational issues, working together in a cohesive, supportive, and professional manner. Healthcare background with systems and/or application experience required. Consulting engagements include systems assessment, planning, selection, and implementation projects. Travel is required, but is manageable, and resources are provided to work out of your home.

Senior HIM Systems Consultant

This senior-level consultant will assist healthcare clients with information systems selection, implementation, planning, and optimization projects. Application areas may include, but are not limited to: medical records management, document imaging, electronic medical record, transcription/dictation, quality/risk management, case mix/utilization management, and abstracting/coding.

InfoPartners is considering Information Systems professionals with expertise in HIM department management, Joint Commission survey, and systems implementation. Previous experience as a hospital IS clinical systems analyst or systems vendor implementation specialist is applicable. RHIA required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Associate's degree with equivalent work experience will be considered. Meditech experience is a plus.

Travel is required, but is manageable, and resources are provided to work out of your home.
